Our corporate event full planning and design package typically starts 6 - 12 months before the event date and is an all-inclusive, full service package. With full planning, we are with you for every step of the way including but not limited to:

Initial planning meeting to assess event vision, design, budget, and logistical details

All inclusive planning dashboard software including timelines, checklist, vendor management tools, budget and invoice management, guest list tool, floor plan creator, design studio and event website

Creation of design scheme and sourcing of vendors for desired rentals and décor needed to complete the desired look. Vendor negotiations, recommendations, booking and management for the entire planning process

Sourcing and management of all vendors needed from date of contract to event date, including catering, entertainment, photo/video, extras, transportation, furniture, and décor rentals
